About Our Client
Our client is one of the worlds leading energy groups with a true global presence and a diversified upstream and down stream offering. With major growth and acquisitions in the downstream field, an operational excellence manager is required to work across major business units and acquisitions.

Job Description
Reporting to the Asia Pacific supply chain director for downstream operations and working in a regional virtual consulting team you will bring experience in operational and supply chain excellence to both existing business groups and also newly acquired China entities. You will use the groups best practice and proprietary knowledge base, as well as your own specialist experience to bring operational value cross-functionally - with particular focus on: refinery operations, retail distribution networks, integration strategies and global distribution and transportation.

The Successful Applicant

To qualify you will posses:

• At least 6 years professional experience in supply chain management, operational management or a relevant consultancy group.
• Be MBA qualified with six-sigma accreditation.
• Ideally have experience in the oil and gas sector, or, at least, a keen interest to develop a specialist career.
• Be logical, adaptive and a quick thinker with an ability to break down large scale and complex issues.
• An ability to influence across the business in China and internationally.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
