Job Description

- This role will sit in the Strategic Center of the Headquarter and report to the Vice President

- To initiate organization efficiency accelerates programs, shape direction and lead to implement the organization alignment strategy, organization transformation, and leadership development strategy.

The Successful Applicant

- At least 5 years of Organization Development expertise is required, both corporate or consulting firm experience is acceptable.

- Bachelor degree or above, fluent Mandarin

- Good track recording of successful leading OD programmes

- Strategic thinking and good business acumen
