Job Description
Reporting directly to the Country HR Director, you will have responsibility for all Learning and Development(L&D) and Organization Development(OD) activity across China, acting as an internal consultant to all business units. Specially , you will be involved in implementing OD initiatives, training needs analysis, designing and sourcing appreciate programs, vendor management, managing the performance review process, developing the induction program as well as some delivery on management training. A team spread ed in different sites will support the role.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess a relevant degree, and have at least 8 years solid experience within L&D and OD. Experience within a major retail industry is prerequisite. You must be a confident team player, an excellent communicator and be able to think "outside of box". Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
