Our client is a world leading US jeans brand with long history and high brand recognition in China. The products is well known for innovative technology in material and fashionable designs. The company has been aggressively expanding in China market and is now seeking a china Sales director to asst in business development and distributor management.

Job Description

• To develop and manage account customers and make sure that Franchise retail stores leaves up to brand company standard
• To review and improve distribution channel strategies, enabling the company to increase market share, differentiate the brand and increase profitability
• Lead Sales Team in China ,total 5 Sales Managers
• To provide market intelligence across Asia-Pacific, with priority Greater China (PRC) and to identify business opportunities To deliver high quality presentations, updates and proposals to the Executive Management Committee To negotiate and close business deals; maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and report this to the CEO; build and maintain relationships with key business partners, agents, local department stores and shopping malls
• Demonstrated ability to formulate sales plans, set and deliver sales targets.
• Ability to develop and monitor new franchisees to maximize sales and profits.
• Assurance that all franchisees follow the franchisee requirements and business standards.

The Successful Applicant

• Associate Degree or above
• Open for all nationalities
• Minimum 10 years of experience in overseeing franchisees and business development for appeal retailer
• Good communication skills, open for different cultures
• English basic writing and Reading
• Fluency in Mandarin
• Ability to travel frequently in China
