About Our Client
Our client, a retailer, is now opening a new buying office in Shenzhen. They are looking for a Merchandise Manager for Underwear & Accessories to join their new set up office in Shen Zhen.

Job Description

As Merchandise Manager, you will

• Review cost sheets ad conduct negotiations with suppliers
• Develop & execute sourcing strategic to support the needs and growth of the company
• Evaluate, source and develop qualified suppliers who fit the company’s criteria
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationship
• Exceed supply quality and delivery objectives
• Proactively source and develop new products
• Manage cost negotiation to meet cost guidelines
• Coordinate with multifunctional project teams to reach sourcing targets
• Lead and monitor merchandise team

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant,

• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum 5 years in sourcing and merchandising environment with a focus on lady's underwear
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English & Mandarin (verbal & written)
