Job Description

• Review and ensure the production schedules go according as planned
• Minimize production overloads
• Come up with plans and optimize the manufacturing plan
• Maximize manufacturing capability
• Review and control planning across critical work centres to minimize production overloads
• Manage inventory control systems, cost reductions and systems improvements
• Develop stockroom and inventory plans, and lead other projects
• Produce manufacturing plans incorporating build, assembly cycle and learning curve analysis
• Develop and maintain close relationships with other functions to ensure the capabilities and constraints of the supply chain are understood

The Successful Applicant

• 8 -12 years of experience in a similar role / capacity
• Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented
• Strong understanding of the entire supply chain process
