Job Description

This is an really exciting role.

Directly report to General Manager, you will play a key role in launching products worldwide. You will be the senior management in the company and work with all aspects of marketing including market research, product development and branding for maximizing the company international market share and profits. You will be strong market sense on global market trends and developing products that meet international demands. You will be responsible to build awareness of the company by participating in International trade shows.You also will work to establish competitive and profitable pricing strategies.

The Successful Applicant

• Be a creative idea-generators
• Over 10 years marketing experience in fashion & accessories or related industries, with at least 2 years management experience
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing in the global environment
• Strong leadership skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills and analytical skills
• Fluent in English is a must , Chinese is not compulsory
• Willing to travel oversea
