About Our Client
Our client is one a US MNC and is a top leader in its industry, with their recent expansion, they are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead the manufacturing to meet their delegated KPIs

Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Assembly, you will review operations and confer with technical staff to resolve production or processing problems. Hiring, training, evaluating and retaining staff will be part of your main responsibilities so as to effectively initiate and coordinate cost control programs related to manufacturing such as materials wastage and labor cost. Working with the quality and engineering departments to continuously improve quality and yield. You will also be developing budgets and approve expenditures for supplies, materials and human resources ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production target.

The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should have a bachelor degree or above along with a minimum of 8 years manufacturing experience in semiconductor industry and with at least 3 years experience in a managerial role. You should also be familiar with international quality systems standards and know how to deploy and execute them. Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin (Putonghua) is important for the role.
