About Our Client
Global Manufacturer with 800 - 1000+ staff based in Guangdong.

Job Description

• Manage the Injection , Anodizing, Tool and Die shop, CNC, SMT, Assembly and Packaging divisions
• Coach the staff and develop their skills on a long-term basis
• Ensure timely manufacture of all products
• Ensure efficiency in the production areas within the budgets set, policies and procedures and quality to ensure customers’ satisfaction.
• Review and support the development of materials, equipment, and manpower resources requirements.
• Recommend departmental standards and practices.
• Implement Lean tools and principles to achieve established objectives
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with other departments
• Come up with production improvement and recovery plans

The Successful Applicant

• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
• 10 years of production experience in a similar industry with at least 5 years of supervisory experience preferred
