About Our Client

Our client is renowned for their professional services ability and boasts a broad range of clients across the Asia Pacific Region.

Job Description
You will be responsible for deal origination and provide analytical support, transaction management and financial modeling expertise to ongoing and new projects. In addition you will be involved in documentation, deal execution and all other aspects necessitated by due diligence processes. It is envisaged that you will possess excellent research and analytical skills and able to assist in the project management of transactions, being actively involved with all external parties. You will work closely with tax diligence, valuations diligence and commercial diligence teams to develop and execute joint projects as well as working closely with overseas colleagues on international assignments. Outstanding communication skills are therefore critical to your success.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should have a University degree and have between 4 and 8 years of relevant experience including audit, due diligence and consulting. You should have had experience managing both local and international companies and be familiar with the various risk management issues they may face. You will be required to have excellent English and Mandarin writing, speaking and reporting skills.
