About Our Client
Our client is a multinational professional firm. To support their business growth in the region, they are looking for a Manager /Senior Associate to join their Hong Kong team.

Job Description
Working as a team you will be responsible for managing the execution team in performing fieldwork and managing the preparation of high quality deliverables and project economics. Your job duties will include the performance of risk management procedures, the review of reports and preparation of key summary section, and offering advice to clients in deal structuring and negotiation matters. You will also liaise with internal diligence departments and with overseas colleagues on international assignments.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be qualified and a degree holder in accounting/finance with five to eight years of work experience in audit, due diligence, and consulting. You will be HKCPA qualified or equivalent and have experience in managing Asia Pacific clients, including Chinese clients. You will also have a Big 4 financial due diligence background with targets in the financial services industry. Excellent communication skills in English are required, other Asian languages an advantage. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Associate.
