Our client is a high profile multinational manufacturing and marketing world famous athletic footwear and apparel brands. With a powerful market presence and continued expansion plans across the Asia Pacific region, an opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Development & Training professional to join this rapidly growing global organisation.

Job Description
You will be part of the regional Development and Training team working closely with both regional HR and retail as well the local HR and retail teams across the Asia Pacific region. Your key responsibilities will include the development, adoption and implementation of the Retail Training curriculum to support regional and local retail training initiatives. You will continuously assess, design and improve the training curriculum in co-ordination with key internal stakeholders and external partners. The role will require frequent travel across the region.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be degree educated with at least 8 years regional training and development experience gained from large multinational organisations. You will have detailed knowledge of retail, customer service and frontline training as well as practical experience in project management. Furthermore, you will possess effective communication skills and extensive experience working with senior leaders in the organisation. Complete fluency in English is essential and above all you must be highly motivated, energetic and passionate about the brands.
