Job Description
As the leasing VP, you are required to report to the CEO directly, under you, there will be 2 GMs in charge of property management and commercial property; You will be in charge of the national malls' development and leasing, set up the leasing strategy, trend mix proposal, guide and lead the commercial property GM to set up the long term value added strategy;

The Successful Applicant
-Overseas well know leasing experience; -solid experience in malls' leasing; -prefers both overseas and china working experience; -able to lead and manage company's development direction.
