Our client is one of the leading IT group

Job Description
This position is to work closely with senior management team to build a strong talent pipeline and culture to support continues business growth in China. You will work with a group of international MOD expert with global exposure. You are to provide consultancy on organization change, take initiative to lead strategic HR projects in China.

The Successful Applicant

- Master degree in Psychology/ OD / Management is highly preferred

- 8 to 15 years experience in HR field especially with change/OD management is essential

- Experience with top management consulting firm is preferred

- Good interpersonal skills and efficiency in English communication are important
