About Our Client
Our client is global leading automotive distributor ranked in top 100 of the Fortune 500 Multinational Companies. Headquartered in Germany.Now they are looking for a M&A manager work closely with BU head as business partner.

Job Description

• Support Commercial director to prepare and conduct business studies for ongoing and future cooperation projects including M&A, cooperation, new site projects etc.
• Prepare management reports on above projects and communicate with counter departments in RBCC and SG/Germany for executive decisions.
• Other special projects for commercial topics in SG/CN

The Successful Applicant

• University degree in business background->knowledge in financial topic, operational study, management account, strategic analysis method.
• Familiar with manufacturing environment and has minimum 2 years experience with M&A topics.
• Effective communication skill and sharp presentation skill. strong analytical skills, ability to handle complex tasks under time pressure. proficiency in foreign language is required (English, German is advantage).
• 10-20% travel is required.
