About Our Client
For our client in the property developing industry , continuously expanding rapidly in the Southern China market we are now looking to hire a M&A Manager to further expand their businesses.

Job Description

• Project leading in the evaluation of potential candidates including strategic fit, pipeline, portfolio evaluation, overall attractiveness of candidates across all relevant functions.
• Driving internal consensus on opportunities before they move to negotiation phase
• Support Commercial director to conduct business research for ongoing and future cooperation projects including M&A, cooperation, new site projects etc.
• Supporting or leading negotiation & deal structuring
• Prepare management reports on above projects and communicate with counter departments in executive decisions.
• Demonstrate good business judgment with an ability to challenge plans and assumptions and take an independent stance when necessary.

The Successful Applicant

• Finance professional with a relevant university degree or relevant qualifications (CFA, etc.), MBA will be an advantage.
• Project experience including M&A advisory or in-house M&A function, familiar with China’s property market
• Good technical grasp of key M&A issues, including valuation Business sense with an ability to adapt to the changing business environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good business sense and ability to work in fast-changing business world.
