Job Description

Main responsibilities include:

- Contract creation, review and negotiation

- Advice on business strategy

- Various legal advice

- Educate the business on Legal matters

- Communication with overseas affiliates and the Head of Legal based in Europe

- Compliance-related services

The Successful Applicant

- Japanese admitted lawyer (required)

- Native language is Japanese, with English business

- Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department in 3-5 years

- A plus if you have experience abroad or foreign lawyer
