Our client is one of the leading securities firms in China with a great partnership, culture and because of it's continuous growth, they are looking to expand their team and are keen to hire a great person to join their financial control group in Shanghai.

Job Description

• To build up the financial accounting IT system for the books and records.
• Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the Firm’s Books and Records.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports and analysis.
• Monitoring the regulatory capital and risk assets ratio.
• Regulatory Reporting.
• Minimize risk through the implementation of preventive and detective controls.
• Creating and maintaining the above policy and procedure.

The Successful Applicant

• Good degree in accountancy, business, finance and/or CPA / ACA qualified.
• Obtained China securities industry qualification is a plus.
• At least 4 to 6 years of finance experience from China securities firms or an audit firm specialized in China financial institutions including 2-year in supervisory role.
• Good analytical, organizational and documentation skills.
• Fast Learner with a flexible approach to work.
• Highly committed and self motivated.
• Exceptional team player who can demonstrate a passion for success and a desire to make a real contribution.
• An excellent communicator who has the maturity and aptitude to interact across regions.
• Be a vital contributor for a strong control and analytical environment in the Firm’s Financial Control area.
