Job Description
The Head of Legal is currently seeking for an additional lawyer for the team at a junior to mid level range.

The Successful Applicant
In this role, you will be handling a wide range of funds and investment banking work as well as participating in transactions from start to finish. You should have at least 2 years' post-qualification experience, preferably gained with sizable law firms or financial institutions. Candidates who hold a PRC qualification as well as with prior experience gained in China will be highly advantageous. Candidates who are qualified in Hong Kong who has strong Chinese language skills, preferably including Mandarin, are also welcomed. You should be a keen and motivated individual who enjoys to work in a fast paced environment.
