About Our Client
Our client is a world wide famous developer.

Job Description
As the Leasing & Marketing GM, you will be required to generate agency business in the leasing and sale/acquisition; Lead and manage a team of managers; Develop, communicate and implement the Group’s business development plans, sales and marketing strategies and initiatives in China; Conduct the marketing research; maintain good relationship with agencies.

The Successful Applicant
-10 years above commercial properties leasing experience; -solid experience in negotiating with agencies; -team work spirit with other departments; -deep understanding in china's property market.
