Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Leasing, you will assist in the management of all leasing activities including planning and development, property management, negotiations, budget forecast and financial control. You will also be responsible for developing strategic plans and entail operational and capital budgets for all properties. Furthermore, you will be play an active part for management, including operating, maintenance and servicing in leasing and related areas.

The Successful Applicant

To qualify for this role, you will be a degree holder with a minimum of 10 years experience in retail leasing or sales. You will have solid experience in tenancy management with retail chain stores and has a strong network with developers and property agents. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are requires. You must be fluent in English and Mandarin and be looking for your next challenging career opportunity.
