Job Description
As the Leasing director, you will be responsible for leading a sales team and managing a portfolio of luxurious services apartments, commercial buildings, hotel and retail shops ensuring maximum occupancy and profitability.

The Successful Applicant
-Degree in Real Estate/Quantity Surveying/Business Administration or related discipline. -Minimum 8 years extensive experience in property sales and leasing at supervisory role, applicants with less experience will be considered as Sales & Leasing Executive -Ability to negotiate leasing deals and make recommendations. -Familiar with lease portfolio administration, processes and procedures. -Good interpersonal and communication skills.
