Job Description
Reporting to the learning and development head, you will be leading the leadership and management development across China, you will development, adoption and implementation of the training curriculum to support regional and local training initiatives. You will continuously co-ordination with key management .
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be degree educated with at least 8 years learning and development experience gained from large multinational organizations. You will have detailed knowledge of retail, service as well as practical experience in project management. Furthermore, you will possess effective communication skills and extensive experience working with senior leaders in the organization. complete fluency in English is essential and above all you must be highly motivated, energetic and passionate.
