In line with continuing growth, an opportunity has arisen for a highly skill L&D professional to join their HR team.
Job Description
Working closely with the head of L&D, you will be responsible for the development and promotion of L&D initiatives across the whole organization, ensuring the effectiveness and smooth operations of their implementation. You will identify, design and deliver all aspects of front line L&D.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with at least 8 years experience within best practice learning and development environment. Exposure in MNC is preferred. You will possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills. You must have strong communications and persuasive skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
