Our client is a global financial institution with a strong presence in Asia Pacific region. This position represents an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development professional of the highest caliber to join this dynamic organization.
Job Description
Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you will act as an internal learning & development consultant to one of the business units coverage across Asia Pacific region. Specifically, you will be involved in training needs analysis, designing and sourcing appropriate programs, vendor management, managing the performance review process, developing the induction as well as some delivery. In addition you will also be involved in implementing some OD initiatives such as talent management and leadership development programs.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be degree educated and possess at least 8 years L&D experience within a major financial services sector. With experience in Learning & Development, Business Partnering and Talent Management you must be flexible, dynamic and able to initiate change within a fast paced environment. Fluency in English is essential with any Asian languages advantageous.
