About Our Client
Our client is a market leading medical appliance manufacturer and solution provider in Mainland China. With the headquarter in Shenzhen, an opportunity has arisen for dynamic Learning & Development Manager to join this rapid expanding organization.
Job Description
You will be part of Human Resource Team in head office working closely with the HR Director to lead the entire company’s employees learning and development frameworks and provide strategic advice in general talent progress. You will be responsible for driving the standardization of training and development, as well as identifying tools, resources and programs materials to accelerate the company’s competence. Additionally, you will continuously design and improve the learning development by working with internal and external training support teams as well as “hands-on” course design and delivery.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be a bachelor degree holder with minimum 5 years of training experience. You will have detailed knowledge of course design, training delivery, business consultancy and team leading competency. An excellent command of communication and word processing is essential. Experience gained from medical related industry is advantageous.
