About Our Client
Our client is a dynamic and growing European MNC with a niche in the electronics and telecoms sector, with their recent expansion, they are currently looking for an experienced Lean Manager to lead the lean team.

Job Description
Reporting to the senior management, you will be promoting implementation and quality improvement processes throughout the organization and ensuring compliance to the lean concept through the development process, work instructions, technology flows, checklists and documentation forms. Managing the lean team and processes in accordance with ISO9001 and ISO4001 , you will also be responsible for the Lean Six Sigma strategy in long-term improvement processes to bring about better business results. Working with the production manager in the implementation of qualitative methods in production processes, you will be continuing support of product and process improvements through in-depth analysis of errors and discrepencies through reviews.

The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should have a degree in engineering or above and at least 4-6 years experience in a similar function working in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with relevant experience in electronics or telecom industry are encouraged to apply. You should also possess strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (Putonghua) and be a proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
