Job Description

• Communication with outside customer
• Well co-work with cross function team
• Responsible for continuously improvement and innovation for automatic testing
• Supervise and conduct technical research and experiments focused on improving the methods of testing
• Recruit, hire and train Test Engineers and technicians assigned to a specific workcell

The Successful Applicant

• At least 5 years working experience of testing in relate home printer assembly industry
• Familiar with testing software design by C++ / VB
• Good at QC tools for data analysis, such as CPK, X bar- R chart, Gage R/R, and FMEA
