Job Description

In this exciting role, you will

• be in charge of formulating and executing L&D work plans.
• motivate and provide coaching to your team to accomplish a series of tasks.
• identify training needs, design, develop and evaluate various training courses.
• arrange and chair all types of workshops.

The Successful Applicant

• University graduate
• Above 5 years working experience, above 3 years experience in management role preferred
• Good communication skills, presentation skills and project management skills
• Good command of English and Cantonese
