Job Description

As the firm is expanding its business in Asia, particularly in Hong Kong, the Partners are seeking to add more junior corporate lawyers to the team.

The Successful Applicant
In this role, you will receive a balanced mix of work spread across mergers & acquisitions, private equity and IPO work. The ideal candidate will be a junior lawyer who has around 1 to 3 years' post-qualification experience, gained in the area of corporate finance. Outstanding candidates who are completing training contracts and has gained international law firm experience will also be considered for a Newly Qualified position. Both excellent English and Chinese language skills are required.
