Job Description
We currently have a number of opportunities for Investment Managers in our Investment Management team, based in various locations in China. These roles are responsible for sourcing, researching, underwriting as well as the execution and co-ordination of all aspects of the performance of a real estate investment. Involved in a number of projects in varying stages of analysis, specific responsibilities include research of allocated real estate markets to assist in identifying appropriate investment opportunities, deal origination and identification of new investment opportunities for allocated market, execution of the asset plans of a project including taking responsibility for development, leasing, project, property, building management streams and recommendation of exit strategies that will optimize investment returns from an asset

The Successful Applicant

• You will have solid experience in real estate investment and management, high levels of numeracy, computer literacy, and fluency in financial investment analysis and be tertiary qualified in finance.
• Respected international MBA/CFA highly desirable
• Have the determination necessary to flourish in this fast paced environment
• Will be fluent in English and Mandarin
