About Our Client
Our client is a blue-chip Hong Kong listed property developer and she is well-recognized as the industry leader in Hong Kong. The company is committed to long term sustainable business growth and a need has arisen for an investment analysis manager to join their team.

Job Description
Reporting to the Investment Director, you will be actively collecting market information in order to perform in-depth analysis in the further trends and development of Hong Kong and PRC market. Based on the analysis result, you will provide recommendation to senior management on future investment opportunities. You are also responsible for the analysis of Hong Kong/ China stock market and managing an equity portfolio. You may need to take up ad hoc analysis assigned by senior management.

The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in accounting/ finance or a related discipline with at least 6 years of relevant work experience. You should be a qualified accountant or CFA qualified. You should possess solid investment knowledge and experience in financial analysis and strategic valuation analysis in Hong Kong and China market. Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills are required to excel in this role. Excellent command of written spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must.
