Our client is a leading brand has strong equity with Chinese consumers and they are a natural fit with our core global capabilities in sauces and condiments. They are now looking for a top quality professional to join their Internal Control team in Guangzhou.

Job Description
Reporting to Finance Director. You will be responsible for deploy policies from WHQ to Foodstar and follow up local policies update and issuance. Specifically, you will be involved in leading company’s assessment of internal control (SOx 404 compliance) project and provide guidance and advice on internal control matters, including internal control setting up, remediation testing. You also need to optimize and streamline operation processes in OA system, without violating authority schedule matrix and SOx requirement. As part of the team, Ad-hoc project will be arranged by Finance Director.

The Successful Applicant

To be qualified, you have:

  • Bachelor or above degree in relevant discipline ( e.g. Finance, Accounting, Business management related
  • 5 years experience in a related field, preferably in FMCG company or Big 4 audit firm
  • 4 years of accounting/auditing experience with a good mix of public accounting and corporate accounting experience
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX requirements
  • Have solid manufacturing processes management experience
  • CICPA or ACCA is preferred
  • Excellent fluency in written English and good command of spoken English
  • Team leader capability and strong ability to work with people of various functions
