About Our Client
Our client is one of the US companies in its field. They are a young and dynamic company, growing year on year and with their recent expansion, they are currently looking for a strong IE Manager to lead their IE initiatives and projects.

Job Description
Reporting to the American COO, you will be in charge of improving efficiency, lowering cost and improving economies of scale within the organization. It will be a challenging job and a high-level energetic IE Manager is needed for the role. One of your main task is to convince department managers to implement your initiatives and projects. Leading a team of 5-6 engineers, you will drive IE projects and work closely with the production team to achieve cost saving and time saving results.

The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should have a good degree in engineering and have more than 5 years experience as a Industrial Engineer in a high level automated industry. Energetic and ready to take on challenges, you will also be an excellent communicator with strong language skills in both English and Mandarin.
