About Our Client
Our client is a leading listed Hong Kong FMCG company with a growing presence in China. They are seeking a PRC qualified lawyer to be based in their Shenzhen office.

Job Description
Reporting to the China Finance Director you will implement the Group's legal policies and manage a wide range of in-house matters for a key business division in China. The successful candidate will draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, joint venture contracts and manage any IP issues such as trademark and licensing matters as well as litigation matters, with the support of external counsel.

The Successful Applicant
Suitable candidates will be PRC qualified lawyers with at least 4 years' post-qualification experience preferably with some in-house experience. You should have good drafting skills and experience with general commercial contracts and any IP, Trademark or Licensing experience would be advantageous. Candidates with FMCG or international company experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Spoken and written English and Mandarin is essential for this role.
