About Our Client

This is a leading international bank with extensive operations in the region.

Job Description
You will assist in developing new products and services for business units including working with product specialists, sales staff, other internal functions and external counsel, where applicable, to advise, structure and document flow and one-off transactions. In addition, you will develop policies and standards for which the banking business is conducted in order to manage legal and transactional risks arising in the course of business, including reviewing and commenting on internal authorization procedures.

The Successful Applicant
You will be a qualified lawyer (mid to senior level) with derivatives experience gained in the region in at least 3 of the following areas: equity, credit, commodities, rates and foreign exchange.
