This has created an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Specialist to be based in Hong Kong.

Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Head of HR based in Australia, you will work independently and be accountable for a variety of HR activities and initiatives in Asia. You will be responsible for managing the HR processes within the region including compensation and benefits, expatriate management, employment issues and legislation, performance management and HRIS. In addition, you will work in conjunction with the regional HR team to provide HR advice and support to the businesses throughout Asia.

The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will possess a university qualification in HR management. You will have at least five years of regional HR experience gained in progressive and global firms. With fluency in English and Cantonese, candidates should take a hands-on approach in all HR activities. With a high level of diplomacy, integrity and attention to detail, you should be able to work independently and deliver timely solutions and develop strong relationships with different levels of staff, with little direct supervision.
