Our client is a global property investment firm with a proven track record in every major financial sector.

Job Description
The newly created opportunity is similar to a commercially-orientated HR Business Analyst role, in that there is a high level of liaison outside of the HR function with internal stakeholders. The technical responsibilities include management of the Operating Systems and ownership of problems. There will also be scope to work on PeopleSoft HRMS module suite (HR and Global Payroll Engine) projects.

The Successful Applicant
The successful individual will have demonstrated their ability to work on a technical and also a functional level. They will have a background in HR although a strong technical and systems focus will have played a large part in their career to date. Prior experience (circa 3 years) of Oracle 9i and 10g, HTML, JavaScript, XML and Windows NT server / operating systems will be highly advantageous as will HR related experience of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine and SQR. Underpinning the above are excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English language, with Cantonese and Mandarin a plus. The presence and credibility to advise people on a strategic level within all disciplines of a multi-national organisation are extremely important.
