Job Description
Reporting into CFO and working closely with the senior management team, you will play a key role in providing leadership and direction to the HR function of the manufacturing operation in line with the business objectives. The main responsibility will be to attract, retain, motivate and develop the necessary human capital skills at all levels from all locations. This will include establishing recruitment strategies and formulation clear development goals to attract talents, streamlining communication channels to ensure corporate goals are clearly aligned. You will act as a true business partner to plan and execute organizational and developmental initiatives and formulate internal communications and corporate strategies to support company growth.
The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you will have at least 10 years HR generalist experience with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management position in manufacturing industry. You will have a result-driven approach. This will be complemented by a strong business acumen and the ability to lead change and set up team. Excellent communication skills in English is essential
