Job Description
- Reporting to GM and dot line to Group HR VP, you will eventually build up a HR team from scratch to more than 100 people.
- Timely review and update the existing site/subsidiaries HR system / procedures in a regular basis, optimize the structure, procedures to support business growth needs in a changing and fast growing environment.
- Set-up HR Internal Audit system with Corporate HR guidance, to ensure the effectiveness and consistency of site / subsidiaries HR operations standard.
- Design, implement and optimize HR Set-up System for new DCs and subsidiaries with Corporate HR Guidance, support and monitor all new DC HR set-up progress in the country-wide, to ensure 100% in-time support for news DC set-up in people division, as well as high standard of consistency and cost efficiency. Keep updated, share the market trend with C&B team, recommend and monitor on compensation and benefit system in order to keep it motivating for the employees while optimized for the company and stay competitive in the market.
- Discuss with Operations heads actively on the talents pipeline issues, propose & conduct internal or external selection, leadership pipeline building process whenever necessary. Retain talents and keep the staff turnover rate at a reasonable and acceptable level by close work and cooperation with Operations management.
- Builds an environment that fosters open communication and associates involvement in regions / subsidiaries by implement HR programs, policies and procedures which also convey Corporation core values, standard and guideline.
- Recruit, train and develop Regional HR and Site HR team, to enhance professionalism, competency as well as in consistency with company core values, standard and guideline.
- Act as key HR leader for s special cases, recommend action plan and lead for solution on critical incident as necessary.
The Successful Applicant
- 10 years above professional Logistic/Retail/ MNC industry experience with corporate HR level in management position. Logistic industry experience is highly preferred
- Detailed and hands on working knowledge of core HR systems such as Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, Talent Development, Employment legislation, Compensation and benefits.
- Proven track record of design and implementation of HR systems that deliver results;
- Good communication, planning, analysis and teambuilding skills and able to work cross culturally
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and scope solutions to human resource issues, mature and able to work independently and deliver results
- A self-starter, assertive and proactive person, with the ability to deal with difficult and complex issues and work with people at different levels across the business environment
- Strong leadership, a good team player with excellent interpersonal and commercial skills, ability to gain the respect of peer and senior management
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
