Job Description
Manage a team of senior trainers in providing customized training programs to employees across Asia. Understand changing needs of client's skill requirements and develop training programs to ensure continuous improvements of employees' competencies. Liaise with selected universities to provide a good supply of top students to be trained into employees. Work closely with plants to ensure ongoing improvements to programs conducted. Close liaison with Head office team to ensure leadership and management related programs are in sync. Manager a team of hotel staff in providing high level of service to personnel utilizing the facility and to ensure good up-keeping of the facilities' conditions. Work closely with local government on getting scholarship and other incentive support. Ensure facility is always optimally utilized.

The Successful Applicant

• Training experience and management in both China as well as other locations in Asia.
• Communication in both English and Chinese.
• Ability to create and plan Long Term Training Manuals.
• Ability to work closely and train both corporate staff as well as staff from the plant and factory.
• Confidence to report directly into Asia Head in Singapore as well as Global Head in US.
