Job Description
The successful candidate will lead the growth and development of the Michael Page Technology Division. Key responsibilities will include:
- exceeding challenging qualitative and quantitative targets
- attracting and retaining talented staff
- establishing and consolidating relationships with new and existing clients in Hong Kong and Southern China
- further developing a database of networks and contacts within the I.T. community
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in either a technology sales or executive recruitment role. An understanding of how to build relationships within a corporate environment is essential and you must possess high levels of commercial acumen. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills are required with fluency in English essential. Previous management experience would be an advantage but is not a pre-requisite.
