Job Description
A newly created talent acquisition role has become available which will be instrumental to growing the Greater China business & being a global interface within the HR network. This position is evenly split between Operational requirements and Strategic objectives. You will have full scope Talent Management & Succession Planning responsibilities, and be "leading tactical" and "building the organisation".
The Successful Applicant
The successful individual must be above & beyond their professional peer group in terms of experience and exposure to senior Western stakeholders at Global HQ level.
With over ten years of all round HR experience up to and including Director level, ideally from a High Tech, Telco, Semi-Conductor or Internet background (so will have a better grasp of sourcing channels and industry challenges); you will be now be looking for a more specialised and strategic role.
It is essential you have a strategic mindset for organisation building, a Corporate & Western capability - including an Executive Presence (within a PMO). You will have become a "driver" with the knowledge to do what is right for the business.
