They are now seeking an experience and talented HR professional to manage their recruitment team in the headquarter to ensure the talent needs are fulfilled in a very efficient way.
Job Description
Reporting to HR director, you will lead your team with experienced HR professionals to deliver a first class recruitment service for the organization with over 5000 staff and plans for consideration future growth. You will manage and develop established resourcing teams in a range of key areas including Experienced hire, graduate recruitment, etc. As the leading player in the team, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of a comprehensive recruitment and resourcing strategy across China. In addition, you will be expected to establish strong and effective lines of communication internally and externally, including universities, recruitment agencies and search firms.
The Successful Applicant
Degree holder with at least 8 years experience in managing end to end recruitment processes ideally with sizable companies. Excellent communications together with great project management and people management skills. You must have a detailed understanding of HR and recruitment systems as well as recruitment assessment tools. More, you will possess high levels of commercial acumen and the ability to solve problems creatively.
