About Our Client
Our client is a dynamic real estate investment management company with a strategic focus on Greater China and Asia Pacific. They specialize in original portfolio design and development, as well as the repositioning and converting of under-utilized real estate.

Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading the Project Team in all aspects of the company’s development and construction projects in China. You will ensure the performance of specific activities which include developing architectural designs for schematic and design development phases, coordinating with owners, leading meetings, leading development of Construction Documents, coordinating activities of consultants, review and coordinating architectural work, and team management.

The Successful Applicant
You should hold a degree in Project Management / Architecture or related degree disciplines or be qualified by a recognized professional body. You must have 15 years practical experience in residential or commercial building projects with developer/consultancy background. You will also have a proven ability to manage and deliver projects that require the management of in house and outsourced personnel. In addition, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels within the organization. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
