About Our Client
Our client is an expanding confectionery company which manufactures and markets a variety of confectionery products around the globe. Reporting to the CEO based in Hong Kong, a high calibre Marketing Manager is now sought to join the organisation to lead the marketing function.

Job Description
This is a critical position in which you will lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies for our clients product portfolio on a global basis. Managing the marketing budget, you will lead and coach the marketing team, while further developing our client?s international marketing plan. Your specific responsibilities will include advertising and branding campaigns, product development, the development of all marketing materials and also e-marketing and public relations initiatives. You will strive to achieve growth and revenue objectives at the wholesale level through effective brand communications and trade marketing campaigns.

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 6-8 years of FMCG marketing management experience working with large consumer brands and ideally with confectionery or food exposure. Regional marketing as well as premium sourcing experience will be highly regarded. Possessing high levels of commercial acumen, you will enjoy the challenge and satisfaction of working in a hands-on entrepreneurial environment. You display leadership qualities and have excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English is essential and knowledge of other Asian languages is preferred but not mandatory. Some travel is to be expected.
