About Our Client
Our client is a newly-established Insurance company in Guangdong. They are looking for a Head of Investment to be responsible for their investment tactics and strategy.

Job Description

• Manage the investment portfolio and achieve investment targets to maximize risk adjusted returns
• Be responsible for strategic asset allocation, review and planning of the Equity Investment, Fixed Income Investment and Multi-asset Investment
• Build, lead ,manage and train the company's investment team, set up and define investment guidelines, procedures and policies
• Review market outlook, identify trends, explore opportunities with external parties, transform opportunities into strategic action plans
• Develop asset allocation and financial models to capture relationship between risk and return

The Successful Applicant

For successful application, you will be/ have

• Master degree, have a related qualification or degree finance, public policy, economics, etc
• minimum of 5 years investment experience in Insurance company private equity investment
• strong technical skills in investment and finance, solid China market knowledge of local regulations
• good team leader, fluent in Chinese
