Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and the Audit Committee, you will be fully responsible for the regulatory, financial and operational integrity of the group. You will establish and manage a high quality internal audit function and map out the audit framework. In particular you will focus on the planning and implementation of internal controls and corporate governance policies and develop a risk and systems based audit approach for all the group companies. You will provide recommendations on improvements to current processes and systems to support the growth of the business.

The Successful Applicant
To succeed in this role, you must be a professionally qualified accountant with at least 12-15 years of cross functional experience within a financial services environment. You will have extensive experience in the planning and implementation of audit and control policies and a thorough understanding of information systems. Most importantly you will have a high level of maturity, credibility and interpersonal abilities when interacting with senior management and operation managers. Excellent communication skills in English is a must.
