About Our Client
Our client is a market leader in the distribution of lifestyle consumer goods with a substantial market share in the wholesale and retail sectors in Hong Kong and China. They are looking for an HR professional to join their management team overseeing the HR functions.
Job Description
Reporting to the CEO, you will be a member of the management team playing a key role in the company's development with a focus on the HR discipline overseeing a full spectrum of HR functions in Hong Kong and China. You will act as a strategist, a communicator and a business partner to business unit heads providing professional advice and solutions on HR issues. You will also take an insightful approach in formulating and implementing HR strategies in line with business goals and needs.
The Successful Applicant
To be a suitable candidate, you should be a university degree holder with professional qualification related to HR Management. A minimum of 10 years HR generalist experience will be essential with at least half of the exposure gained from a management position. An energetic and assertive personality is expected with strong business acumen and leadership to lead change and influence key decision makers. You should possess fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
