They have built numerous landmarks for cities worldwide, including commercial and residential developments, public housing, industrial and community facilities, roads and bridges, airports and ports, railways and tunnels, as well as water works and sewage treatment plants.
Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Property Development & Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's property management and operations functions, which includes security, leasing and building management. Charged with leading and expanding a team of currently over 40 people, you will implement policies and procedures for professional property management and reporting as well as recruiting, training and overseeing on-site property management staff. You will set the operating goals and objectives for each property and department within Property Management and negotiate major vendor contracts for the properties out-sourced services. The large portfolio under management includes shopping arcades, high rise office towers and residential developments.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will have at least 10 years of real estate property and operations management experience within the Hong Kong and possibly other Asian markets. You will have strong exposure to a wide variety of real estate disciplines including finance, legal, leasing and marketing as well as property management systems and facilities. You will demonstrate a proactive, creative and resourceful attitude with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of training and mentoring new recruits. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are sought with fluency in Mandarin essential.
